I really love your quilt. I want to make one! Will you share with me the sizes of your squares etc? I think I have enough of the dark squares but I may have to scrounge some light fabrics. Imitation is the highest compliment. I hope you let me imitate your quilt. PM me if you wish to disclose your secrets only to me!

There is really no secret to it...I was using up some scraps and also some JoAnn fabrics...I cut 2½ inch squares...ended up I did not have consisten seam allowances...and squared them up with a 4 inch square ruler I had because it was conventient. Then cut 4 inch alternate blocks. I really did not do any planning on it...I tried not to get two of the same fabrics side by side. Now I cannot remember for sure, but think I ended up with one or two either side by side, in almost side by side.

Really nice scrappy quilt. Like how you included the couple of blocks on the back. Very clever.
