While organizing my sewing room; I only came across a couple of blocks that I had not done anything with. I decided to practice my FMQ and bind them. The tulip block I gave to my SIL for her birthday. She just beamed and was thrilled, showing it off to everyone. The folded star block I used as a table topper in my living room.

Although my FMQ has improved, I still need to practice tons. Forgotten blocks are great for this. I just wanted to share and pass on the "tip" if you can really call it that for anyone who had not considered doing this.

appliqued tulip block...the bubbles were fun to work with

folded star block...the stitching does not show up well
