    I love this, I have made many French Braid quilts and table runners, but would have never thought to make a valance, I am so glad you posted this,thinking out of the box. Beautiful.

    Was looking for french braid tablerunners to see what other people had done colorwise and came across your valance. What a great idea and it's absolutely gorgeous in the sun!

    I'm usually just a lurker, but, your valance is amazing. I had to add a note to tell you how beautiful it is. Do you have a pattern for this? Do you know where I could buy one?

    I love it. I don't think it looks faded at all with the light coming through. It makes it look like stained-glass. Someone suggested that you back it with muslin to keep it from fading. I would recommed black-out drapery lining. You can get it at JoAnn's for $4.19/yd
