    Default Fun With The Disappearing Hourglass

    I took these two pictures of my disappearing hourglass blocks in black and white. The first picture shows the blocks just laid on the floor without sashing and cornerstones. The second picture is of the finished quilt top with sashing and cornerstones. Squint at the second picture and see the secondary circular pattern made by the black sections of the quilt. Fun stuff.

    Wow, very pretty quilt top! Amazing how different patterns can look with/without sashing, colors, etc.
