Default Christmas Gifts Quilt

Hi,

Here is a picture of my most recent completion…the Christmas Gifts quilt. This will be donated to a silent auction to help with some DF’s nonprofit. This is the 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] one of these quilts I’ve made. The 1[SUP]st[/SUP] one was for my DB & DSIL several years ago. I liked it so much that I started this one for me. The top laid around for a few years waiting for me to quilt it. I did that last week and decided I’d donate it. I’ll make another one…or make hubby bid on this one until we win…lol!

How nice! I love that you are donating yours to a charity to raise funds. Very sweet of you.

What a lovely quilt. A good way to use a variety of fabric odds and ends as well.

Really want it? Decide in advance how much you are willing to donate to this particular charity. If the bidding passes your limit, make yourself another! You want to be able to love and appreciate your quilt if you buy it back, not feel you over-spent!

I agree, it'll be up to hubby whether he wants to buy it or me make another...
