The tutorial was removed by the author. She now has a CD she is selling. I bought the CD a while ago, didn't use it immediately, and now can't find it!!

go to page 1 first post and look up grann....... Forgot her nAme sorry on her profile area. Under her picture on the left of screen find the word home and look at her site. Explanation of what is happening there. Hope you can follow.
