I made potholders for my sisters for Christmas. They do take more time than you think. jan

    What thoughtful gifts!

It takes another quilter to truly appreciate the time and effort that produces such lovely gifts!

Your friends are lucky to have you as a friend!

I was puzzled on how to put the loop on a potholder. Now, thanks to you, I can do it. Love them.

I was too at first. My very first potholders I made different and had a little bit of a hard time. So I decided to make the strip for the loop first and then sew it on with the binding. These ones I made a mistake and sewed the loop onto the front of them.

Great job!! I love the pillowcases. The potholders do take some time but are so much better than what you can find at a store and they last longer. Great idea for next year's Christmas gifts. I love the pepper fabric.
