My daughter was in Girl Scouts for 12 years. She graduated from high school in May. As a thank you to her leader for 12 years of wonderful leadership, I made her a quilt from fabric I purchased from Hancocks of Paducah. It was 20 fat quarters of girl scout fabric. I used the yellow brick road pattern. I think it turned out OK. It made the leader cry.

Very nice quilt and a nice thing to do. Where would we be without dedicated leaders in scouts, church, 4-H, etc?

Brings back good memories of my Girl Scout days.
Going to Juliet Low Home was a great experience as a scout.
Thanks for the leaders then and today.

What a wonderful thoughtful thing for you to do! Her reaction speaks for how much she loved it. Your daughter is beautiful and what a smile! It just lights up the room! Tell her congrats on her graduation.
