I love the quilt, and I love the story, so sorry about the loss of your grandfather. You are truly a wonderful Granddaughter.

Thanks everyone! It has been really rough on my dad and my brother. I've been holding up ok. My Grandmother...WOW!!! She is the strong one. The entire funeral she smiled and was fine. At the grave site, she had 1 tear that fell and that was it. She was ready as she knew he was too. She knows he is in a much better place. Now I did learn a new favorite song at the funeral. It is Sweet Beulah Land. Amazing song. Hugs and Happy Mother's Day ladies!!!

I took y'alls advice and printed out what I wrote with the pictures for her to go with her quilt. I'm giddy waiting to give it to her!!! Will let y'all know what she says and take pictures of her with it.
