    Scrap quilts are my favorite. This would be a good pattern for the lap quilts I make for hospice patients. Simple to sew, but dramatic.

    It's easy peasy --- I used some 5" squares I had and then 2" strips for the green ... I sewed a 2x5" green strip inbetween all sqaures and made rows and then sewed those rows together --- then for the outter border I used 6.5" green strips. Did that make sense?
