The background came from an old pattern. Every thing on the background is my design. I drew the lamp base and handles from a lamp in my bedroom. I used a real lamp shade to make a pattern for the lamp shade. I have a fabric that has lots of clock faces so I just drew a clock body to go around the face I picked. The book is pretty simple and I added a handkerchief corner sticking out from under it to give it a bit more of a 3D look.
