Our quilting guild chose this for our BOM quilt this year. I made sandwiches of each month's block and then let the machine applique serve as the quilting for the block. I got them all put together yesterday and finished the quilt today. I have a window in my living room that opens onto our shop and so I always keep it covered. Decided it works well as a display corner for quilts.

Beautiful! I like your idea of sandwiching each, then when the block is done you are ready to put it together.

The quilt is just shy of 40" by 60".
