    These are the "special" blocks for Section 3! Thanks for looking!

    Several of you have asked about paper piecing and I have drawn my own templates copied to freezer paper:

    This is 10" Sq in Sq with Courthouse Steps (ignore sizes marked) and 9" Color Wheel - (miserable trying to keep to the pattern when having the template on the back side of the fabric!)

    Very pretty blocks. I am still working on my blocks for the FWS 30's. They are such fun, and in the end will make a gorgeous quilt.

    You are doing so good with this. Just curious, how many special blocks are there in the quilt?

    Barb, many are what are called "filler" blocks that may begin as a pinwheel, HST or square-in s square with borders added, etc. Some are repeated in dfferent sizes.
    I count 20 unique ones, so enough to keep it interesting!

    Your points are great. I too am about to embark on a wall quilt that is mostly PP. In the process of getting the fabrics I will need.
