I just finished this jacket for my mil. After seeing the pics I wish I would have used black on the bottom of the sleeves instead of the ribbing that I had cut off the bottom of the sweatshirt. Oh well, too late now and besides I only had the 1 strip that color.

Great job! Won't matter once she's wearing it the light coloured cuffs are pretty too.

If they really bother you, cut some similar size squares of the blue fabrics & raw edge stitch them over the cuffs.
