My DD that is in New Zealand, just loves Halloween, so I made up this tabletopper/wallhanging for her. I machine embroidered a spider on it and tried out my couching foot to do the spider web, with modest results.

The quilt edges aren't really that wavey, but I had to use duct tape to hang it. Also, I just noticed a piece of black thread that I missed on the bottom (it really isn't a part of the design :wink: )

Duct tape doesn't really do a very nice job for display purposes ;-)

Beautiful! You did a great job on the attic window corners (my teacher called them Y-seams... is that the same as mitered?... either way, they look great)

I think like mitering a border, at least I did that the same way. :-)
