Those are very pretty. Sometimes we need to do things outside our comfort zone. Well done.

great work! hand quilting is very soothing at time and very aggravating at others.

Hand quilting is my joy, even the very large quilts needed for king size beds (our family is very tall, and need long beds)--I hope you will continue to use that skill, it makes the piece totally yours.

I toke a class on quilt as you go, just sewed strips together & we started in the middle and then did 1 on each side & ends, & just kept on going. You can make it as big 0r little as you like. This is for the first table runner .

Thank You. Am working on another tie quilt, and getting ready to start on another hand quilt. Will post them when done.

i love your treasures! the colors are some of my favorite. i have tried hand sewing as well this year and quilting it by hand as well and i find i love it! working on a second project now, and i have a third lined up. its very relaxing. did hand tie one with pastor's wife and a gaggle of girls; hand tying is NOT my thing and i will not be doing another if i can help it! lovely things, and welcome to the greatest joy on earth!
