    I have never seen a green "garden path" where one of the hexes is missing, Is this you original idea or have you seen this before?

    Both patterns are lovely. I love it when things are put together "a little differently", as in the GFG. The green gets to be the background.

    Great start to gfg.....btw paperpieces.com has the set of acrylic templates for that book...the new hexagon.....there are 32 templates for $99, but they are offering 25% discount this month...so I ordered the set...I have many of their templates for epp projects. Like your first few.....anxious to start mine...I'm thinking of doing Katjas version of millefiore
