Here's a tutorial from Moda Bake Shop. It refers you to a pattern on the website, you can just click on it for more instruction. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the web address. I looked at that but didn't see a circle going in. The rickrack might be a good idea inside the edge of the circle over the small circles. I'm not a big fan of rick rack but I might find something nice. Thanks again for all your comments. Hope I can do as good as you seem to think..LOL

You have to go to the pattern to get that far - once you go to the website I sent you to, there's another link you can go to. Try that.
