Oh, these cows make me think for my old home in Ohio when I was growing up. Very cute and great job!

Your quilt is so cute and would love to see it finished! My GS who is now 26 visited a friends farm (?) with me . Friend got day old bull calves (4 at a time) from a dairy farm. When my GS went in the gate the calves sucked his fingers and he kicked off 1 of his sandals and offered a toe. I didn't have my camera handy unfortunately, but was laughing so hard couldn't have used it anyway. We still laugh about it! Will make him a quilt and surprise him! So many great memories!

This original thread is now 7 years old! Where can we still get the pattern from as I'm not having any luck finding it?

I love the way cows smell (and horses) and since I'll never have either, I'll "take" this quilt square.
I hope you'll post the final quilt for us to see!

Hope the download is still available. I have been looking very hard for it. Does anyone know if it is in any of her books?
