I have a king size quilt for DD coming up which I was thinking I would need to do QAYG and your "no hand sewing" sounds very interesting to me. Keeping a close eye on this thread!!

I made another one the no hand sew way and posted it here http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-36049-1.htm

I'll do a tute in the next few days - I took progress pics in case it worked out so just need to do instructions to go with them. Be patient with me - I'm not very good at 'splainin'! :mrgreen:

Your wall hanging is bright and beautiful. I really like the bright bali's and it souunds like you might too now that you've tried them.

It's funny how something doesn't appeal to us and then something we see changes our minds. I've never been a fan of scrappy quilts, until I joined this board. Now I've seen quite a few here that are really pretty.

Great job on your wall hanging. The hearts not to cover a mistake, but a "design opportunity") gives it great dimension.
