Help - I can decide
#12
Funny #4 was the first one I designed. IF I did applique I would need to do sometime simply as I have no ideal were to start. A co-worker has been trying to talk me into appliquing. She loves it. IF I did would something like this look ok?

it looks nice with the applique.
if you haven't done applique yet the easiest way i know to start is to use fusible interface.
you would just sew the shape to the fusible interface right sides together.
then make a small snip in the interface and turn the piece out. then fuse it to the location and do a blind stitch on the sewing machine all around the applique piece.
this give the applique the look of needle turned without have to hand needle turn.

I like number 1.
If I figure that the border will hang down over the side of the bed. So the center blocks would appear to float, and the blue coming to the complete corners, anchors the floating blocks.
I could live with any of them <g>.
