Default Here's a another quilt

I have 6 brothers & 2 sisters. of all of my siblings. 4 brothers don't have a quilt. I thought I would take a break making quilt for me & my wife & son. Here is 1 done and 3 more to go. I have 24-- 9 patches, already done. Just getting the 1/2 sq triangles sewed. The pattern is called Evening Star. Also is my 28-30yrs ago 1st quilt I did. It was a king size quilt. And it was my 1st expierence at hand quilt. Warning you, my 1st quilt has it's WEAR & TEAR. Take care everyone Don-isewmanThis quilt, I don't remember the name

Love them both! You have a good eye for color. Love your Quilt Inspector too..those are VERY important!

I just noticed from your profile, where you are from. We have family in Muscatine...visited there 2 yrs ago when our college kid played soccer @ Loras College In Dubuque. Took advantage to being close and took a day to visit. Long way from Arizona!

I was wondering when you started quilting. Wear and tear quilts are my favorites.

Don, I absolutely love all your quilts. When and how did you pick up quilting? I am from Ottumwa. Still have relatives there and several buried there. Forever ties to Ottumwa.
