I like this and it is so quick (thanks Moda for the inspiration and my fellow quilters for the site direction) make a 9 patch and then cut from top to bottom and side to side..in half each way...then turn and twist and come up w/your own ideas:)Skeat

oh oh oh you just gave me an idea! I have about 30 different Christmas fabrics some not too large of pieces some 3 yrds I can make this! I have been searching for something.. new to do. I had them out on the couch stretched all over it thinking what to do what to do... I am not thrilled as bunch with the individual pieces (all were donated I will absolutely not complain) but I think done up like this it could be pretty cute. THANKS! ps I got to the first pic and thought.. ok a pattern for a nine patch? DUH.. keep reading idjit! Love it and wow does that change it up completely.
