I will look up the name of the quilt book I got it out of when I am at home. The loop was made by using a portion of the binding, instead of a separate one.

This pattern is simple to make but tedious. I usually hand sew the binding on. The name of the book I got it out of is called "Patchwork Please" by Ayomi Takahashi. I believe I purchased it from Amazon.
