Default Hexagon Trivet

This one might get some of you into the Christmas spirit. the top one is what started it all for me. I made twelve of them. Gave all away as gifts expect for this one.

Oh my, what beautiful trivets (or pot holders even)! Are these just heagons that then have fabric added to each of the sides and you keep going around doing that until you have the size you want? Really love your fabrics also especially the top one. Nice job and great gifts!

This is a paper pieced pattern. It is available in a quilt book called Patchwork Please.

Was just about to ask about the pattern when I saw the post from AuntB. These looks like something I could handle and Lord knows I have the fabric to give them a try!! Thank you.
