Hi all.
I'm new to the board so here is my first post. This is foundation paper pieced.

I also made this wallhanging from scraps. It's my first fusible applique & first attempt at free arm quilting after hours of practice. I haven't put the guitar strings on yet because I'm not quite sure which marking pencil I should use. Do you have any recommendations?

My eldest son is obsessed with acoustic guitar and now wants to be a professional musician! How fitting to see you wonderful quilt!

Your wall hanging is absolutely marvelous! I am a music fanatic and am going to have to make me one of those! I just wish I had that wonderful fabric you used! I think I need to make a guitar hanging also. What an inspiration your projects have been.

How about a 3D effect, using silver cording? Almost like you can actually strumm it.
