Red face how to quilt a stained glass stack and whack?

I have finished the top but have no idea how to quilt this? any ideas?

Wonderful project! Your fabric selections are perfect.

I can't offer ideas for quilting. I never have any good ones and always in up doing STD, cross hatching or meandering.

I think nivosum is right - on both sides of the framing of the stained glass. Can't wait to see the final quilt!

Thinking outside the box .... how about a large image, like the quilting is the stained glass design. Heavy black thread.

To me, when I think stained glass I think Christian church so I'll list those suggestions first
Large cross with ray's coming out diagonally
Praying hands ... again with diagonal rays
Jesus praying ... again with diagonal rays to the edges

Non denominational designs
Butterfly
Vase of flowers
large tree

I recently finished a quilt that appears like stained glass as well. I intend to quilt it with a grey/silver/black variegated in a dripping water pattern. So it looks like stained glass window in the rain.
