    This is the unfinished wall hanging I picture pieced of my own painting. I learned this technique from the book "Picture Piecing" by Cynthia England. I love doing picture piecing and I thought it would be fun to do one from my own painting. I'm very happy with the way it turned out even though there are a few flaws in it.

    I've done a couple of Cynthia's designs but this is the first time I made my own. It was a challenge, but since I've now done the first one myself it'll be easier to do another. Check out Cynthia's technique on her website at http://www.englanddesign.com!
