If there is anything more amazing than your fantastic piecing (and great color choices) it is the absolute perfection with which you have aligned everything on the design wall. How do you do that? When I put things on the design wall the layout is always wonky.

OMG, I can't believe it! It's beautiful; but, just the number pieces you had to use would scare me!

dunster--that is funny you comment on my design wall "neatness". That was very much planned. I wanted to make sure the blocks were placed neatly in as straight as possible alignment so when I viewed it from a distance, it would look as little "wonky" as possible. The great benefit to this is twofold, one a neatly laid out quilt, but two, an excellent work out. I had to use my step stool to reach the top several rows and then there was all the crowching to place the bottom few rows. I only placed one or two blocks at a time so I wouldn't get them out of color order so I got an excellent morning workout. I have very sore muscles in my legs today to remind me. This is one of the few times I think I achieved exercise while enjoying my hobby. Too bad our machines aren't hooked up to a spin wheel!!
