All three are wonderful---but I am really intrigued by your "threads from the past" I would NEVER in a million years think to do anything with those fabrics but throw them in the trash!!! See--this is what separates me and the great quilters. (that, and a lot of talent!!)

THank you all for your wonderful comments....it makes me smile REALLY BIG!!! I have to tell on myself though, I forgot to put the hanging sleeve on one of them and a worker from the quilt show called one of my friends that lives in the town the quilt show will be in. Told her what I had done, so my friend, picks up the quilt, sews a hanging sleeve on it and takes it back (So I don't have to drive 160 miles round trip). Then calls just to give me a hard time.hehehe! NOW that shows the true generousity, kindness & friendship of a true fellow quilter. She is MY HERO today....what a friend!!!!

I love them all. My favorite is your Threads of the Past. And to think I threw all of those pieces away!! Now I sew small pieces together--like triangles that have been trimmed off of something.

Best of luck at the show...hoping for pictures of your quilts with their ribbons attached. Loved..."Nannie" for the same reason you named it. My Nanny also taught me to sew :) :)--makes me smile whenever I think of it.
