Very colorful! Makes me happy! Is this your first grandchild? Mine is 5 months old, so much fun being a grandma! I've made some really fun quilts, blankets and other things for him.....Love, love love!

This is wonderful and gives me another idea of how to use up my many scraps. I think just an all over stipple would be nice as the quilt is so busy...but I love it! My kind of quilt.

EXCELLENT job! I know what you mean about it being a LOT of work, but it was worth it. As far as quilting, Keep it simple, because it won't show much. How about crosshatching all over?

Your quilt is truly beautiful! I love scrappy's, and adore your pieced border. Your work is inspiring.

Great scrappy. I do lots of bear paw quilts and I know it seems like forever. I like the sawtooth edge you did. I like to use my scraps for saw tooth edge also.

The new baby God willing, due in the Fall will be our 3rd Grandchild. My dd who is divorced lives with us and her two children a girl age 9 and a son age 5. As you can imagine my dh and I get PLENTY of Grandma/Grandpa time!! We love them and are so blessed to have them. We are excited for our son and his sweet wife to be having their first!! Can't wait to find out what sex it is. Then I can really get busy knitting pinks or blues etc. lol
