Default I finally took the bow tuck plunge

Thanksgiving I finally decided to try the bow tuck bags. My DD is very fond of it now. The cat print one she has claimed and wants a couple more from some elephant prints she had picked out some time ago. The horse one is a Christmas gift. Still have a couple more of those to make. Thanks for looking and hope this works. I am still getting used to the new format.

Love the bags. I still haven't gotten up enough nerve to try them.

I have the pattern but haven't taken the plunge yet. How long did it take to make your first one? These are gorgeous and you have excellent taste in fabric.....since I have the same fabrics

The pattern is avail on ebay. It took me 6 1/2 hours to make the first one. It gets easier with practice and I can knock one out in 5 or less now. I do them assembly line and cut out several all at once and do all the pressing of pellon and makeing the ties, handles and pockets. Then the final assembly is so fast. I love them and have 8 ready to be sold.
