While most people like to keep their bobbins in those tidy holders, I have trouble matching the bobbin and thread colours once they're separated so I like to keep my bobbins together with the spool the thread came off of. So far, a tackle box has been adequate to hold it all, but I'm forever fighting with those loose bobbin thread ends that keep growing longer. Whenever I think of it, I check the LQS or craft departments looking for clips to hold the ends. Yesterday, the stars aligned and I saved money plus solved the problem. I bought pony-tail holders that are tiny and fluffy.

Just look at all those nice, neatly wrapped bobbins. No loose ends. In a real fit of organization, I could even match elastics to thread colour. LOL

That is a great idea. That's how I store my bobbins. Saw it on a quilting site somewhere. Theres was to expensive. Ask my granddaughter where she got the ponytail elastic from she use, and she told me the dollar store. $1 for about a bag.

That's got to be the best suggestion for organization I have read in ages. I am going to hit a dollar store as soon as possible!!! I love this board
