The other day someone posted a gorgeous Cathedral Window on the board and I remarked that I would love to see how those were made some day. Shortly after that Eddie PM'd me with a link to the CW tute he wrote!!

That's why I love this place. Folks just do things for each other all the time ... just because we all want to make everyone be the best quilters we can be!!

Anyway, it's sloppy but this is my practice CW. I didn't even stop to pay attention to what color thread I had in the machine, I just grabbed available solid fabric - started cutting and started sewing!

Now I know what to expect, where the potential problem area's are, so when I decide to do it again hopefully it will be a lot better. No idea what I'll do with this, perhaps a throw pillow.

Thanks again Eddie.

Very nice, I want to do this too. I have the tut, and I have all the fabric I need for the centers. I just need to get the rest. I placed an order the other day, and watch it will be one of those places that take for ever to get here. But I love this and hope mine turns out as nice as yours.
