I found all this stuff this morning for $10.00. This isn't even all the fabrics. There was also a scroll saw book for cut outs that I can use for tracing stuff for quilting. Score :-D

nice!!!!
I got all excited at a yard sale yesterday...lots of fabric, nice stuff, but prices were way too high - almost retail. She had $5-6 per yard and some even more up to $8. Books were $5 for the most, but I got one that slipped through as a $1 bargain - Carol Doak's paper piecing - signed by author. I told her that the prices were a little up there - she was selling stuff of her mom's and had no idea. She wasn't willing to drop it at that point - first day of sale...so I grabbed a couple of pieces and left her contact info just in case she wanted to dump the leftovers..who knows, huh?

Good luck. Hopefully she'll call ya. Alot of people will see how high her prices are and walk on as you did. Or tomorrow go back and see if she has dropped the prices yet. She may not want any left over so maybe she'll start making deals.
Let us know what you end up with.

You did great. Our yard sales have usually don't have fabric but if they do then they want more than what was paid for the fabric's.
