    Thanks Cathie, Bev and k3n.

This was a simple purse to make but I only did one since DH was sleeping. I was able to do something for myself. I've been taking care of him all last week when I wasn't working. Turns out he did something to his neck and back which would send in muscle spasms like you wouldn't believe. OUCh anyhow he was napping and I hadn't been able to sew in over a week so I hit the machine and out popped a purse.

Is there a pattern or did you make it up as you went along?

I wish I could make stuff up but not that good. You'll need to down load the pattern but it's simple with good directions.

Oh very cute purse! It's kind of shaped like the old velvet ones the victorian ladies carried, don't you think? The next one should go faster.
