    Default I made a tablet cover/case too!

I just saw QuiltnNan's post about the tablet cover she made. I'd forgotten that I made this one for the tablet that Santa brought last Christmas. I had made a chunk of crumb fabric thinking I would make a candle mat or something along those lines. I had quilted it and trimmed it into a rectangle shape when it occurred to me that it might be the right size for a tablet cover. I was lucky, it was just barely big enough. I added the lizard applique from a scrap, I had the buttons in my stash and I bought pony tail elastic thingys for the straps to keep it closed. I've used it several times when I go out of town, works like a charm!

I really like your tablet case. What did you use for interfacing? .....if you used any!

Cute. So nice when we can use something we have on hand, just in case.

It is so colorful and happy! Nice work thinking outside the box. (In this case, the rectangle. LOL!) I also like the closure idea. I gave such a nice artsy feel to the whole project.

It looks wonderful. I keep ponytail bands of all colors on hand for just this type of use.
