secondly red is not as in picture its maroon color
third I am with quilting may be echo but inside the star not out the star

Sawsan, when I looked at it my first thought was to applique something in the middle of each star.

I echo what others have said, those beautiful red stars would really sparkle with a fancy quilting motif in the center.

just wanted to say how i liked this but quilting design is out of my league so hope u can figure it out.
