    It's beautiful! The colors are so rich and I would leave it alone. As for the little pieces of paper, I've used tweezers too - lay the quilt on a dining table, sit where you can see the tv, and just start picking away. I found it relaxing and rewarding at the same time.
    A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

    Leave it ....it looks gorgeous. There is a saying that "fiddlers stuff things up" or worse. I think that you get my drift.
