Default I Re-organized My Whole Sewing Room

It took the better part of two hours, but it was worth it. All the stuff that belongs in boxes are in them. Found some stuff I forgot I had too. Notice the signs inside the boxes? It is so nice to find things quickly now.

Beautiful quilting space. You certainly got it nice and neat! Mine looks like a tornado went thru it. One named Logan!

Thanks so much. I am always writing information about things on 3 x 5 cards, and one day it came to me that I could go right to the box I wanted if it "told" me where it was. I do not have much space for my favorite hobby, but I make sure I use every inch I can.

Great organization. I do the same thing with the index cards. It sure does save time when you are looking for something. Good job!!

Well, I started the hideous task of reorganizing fabric, but backed myself into a corner, as I can't physically do anymore, and have to wait for my weekly help to come --next Thursday--she's on Spring break. And there is a lot of fabric to put away.

So after I saw you photo, I decided I CAN work on my drawers and weed those out and relable. They are supposed to be "current projects" but I counted and I think there are about 130. Yes if I were a kid today instead of an old lady, I would be ADHD.

Thanks for the great idea. Off to collect pen, lables, diet coke and find my comfy chair.

What an inspiration you are.
