I ordered it on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday! I was so excited that it got here the day I got back from Washington. I immediately started to set it up so that I could get a quilt loaded for working on this weekend.

To my disappointment it is missing parts! The toothed wheels that the rails go into aren't there. I emailed the seller but I believe I need to call the manufacturer directly.

What a bummer, I hate when that happens. You get soooo excited to use something that you have sent for then its broke or not all there. So disapointing.
Hope you get your parts real soon.

Yes pam call the grace company 800 number. They will send it out quick! I got my parts replacemant and another shipment from them, the fourth rail in just a couple days of calling them. They are very nice about it too.

Did they send you the video? I had to ask for that too.

Oh darn it! Don't you just hate it when that happens? I know how excited you are to get working with it. You're going to have a ball (between fits) LOL.

Looks like you got the same frame I have. Many, many pieces! I spent a few days finishing the wood on mine. I was amazed at how easy it was to put all those pieces together. The Grace company is wonderful about replacing any parts that are missing or damaged.
Your delivery was amazingly fast. I ordered mine through Jo Ann's and it took a long time for delivery and then UPS apparently didn't know where our zip code was located and sent my frame on a week-end detour to eastern part of California instead of north! And I didn't even get any frequent flier miles.
Have fun with your assembly!
