I had a student teacher for 8 weeks, and this particular college pays $200 to the master teacher. Not easy money, but definitely extra money. So.... I shopped, for stuff I didn't need. :-D

Every one of these was less than $5 a yard. Pretty good, eh? ;)

The first pictures are what I bought from a local quilt shop today. They were having a buy 5 yards, get 5 free day, so I bought 10. The 10 for the deal are ALL batiks; there's one lone Moda Kansas Troubles that was on sale for $5. I added to my Moda pile and have big plans for that fabric.

I also dropped two tops with the quilter to be quilted.

The later pictures are what I've purchased from forum folks in the past weeks.

For more log cabin florals. From a forum member.

Wow! Lucky you. All of it is so pretty but I love the batik's most. You must have had a lot of fun!
