I purchased it at my LQS and it's by Quilts illustrated. Designed by Penny Sturges. #ps008 Bow Tucks tote. There's two patterns and this is the larger one. Several stores carry the pattern online as well.

Lovely bags. DGD and I tried to make a bag this week. Did not come out bad but not as good as I would have liked. We used red (already quilted) for main color and she chose black background, red roses and white skulls for handle, lining and outside pocket. We will try another to see if we can make some that look as nice as yours do. GOOD JOB!!
