I'm new here - and sort of new to quilting too. I'm going to try to post this picture (bmp format) so I hope it will post.

This is Spinning Stripes by Animas Patterns made with Maywood Studios Fuchsia fabric. I just love the fabric.

I found this kit at Teacup Quilts in Las Vegas when we took a trip there. The owner is just super!!! Nice shop with lots of fabric.

The quilt was a challenge to me - to cut just right. And I got a bit off and it's not perfect. Maybe someone has a suggestion to correct the "too full" background triangles. I was thinking of ripping the seams out and reattaching the borders - so it will lay flat for quilting.

Very nice job! I love how the fabric seems to give the blocks a spinning effect. At least that's how I see it.

I love the colors and motion in your quilt. You might find the looseness in the setting corners disappears in the quilting, depending on how close the quilting is. I hate taking things apart :) I hope it works out for you, it's such a pretty thing.
