Hi,
I have only been on this site a few times . I am new to quilting .I am learning to quilt by way of our Church's Prayer Quilt ministry. My very first solo quilt was dedicated to a husband and wife missionary team this last Sunday. They will be taking ''My'' quilt with them when they go back to China .
I am thrilled that the Quilt team chose my quilt to give to these wonderfull people. I heard that the quilt matched their living room colors wonderfully . ... I had been thinking that the ''team'' maybe should have picked a ''better'' quilt that someone else made to give to them . .... I guess I was wrong..lol.....As my hunny said... God knew which Quilt to send..! ! !

I make ''man '' quilts ,most others like to work with the flowery material.

What a great compliment. To have your quilt chosen to go home to China. You must be beside yourself.
That picture of the brownish quilt is just wonderful. I love the design and the colors you chose. It could be just as nice for a lady also.
