    I did one of Karen Stone's patterns once. I loved doing it, her patterns are so simple to use. Yours is beautiful!

    I think "Shut Up" is the perfect name, not as it being too loud, but in the way that Stacy London on What Not to Wear uses it to indicate something amazing or unbelievable because this quilt is awesome!

    EXACTLY!!!!! Not that I think it's awesome or unbelievable, but it was a LOT of work, and by far the hardest quilt I've had to sew together. The arcs were fairly simple - paper-pieced. But boy, sewing that outside, and the inside curves was a long slow process with lots of fabric trying to find a spot to slide into!! As long as nobody looks to close, it looks great.
