Default Iron Caddies

My friend Barbara and I made these iron caddies this last week. I work in a Humanitarian organization and am making duffel bags at out church. My iron is still hot when I want to go home so I am looking forward to using my iron caddy.

Your iron caddy's are very cute! I had a funny thought come to mind because they look like a purse....won't the purse snatcher be surprised? Especially when you give him one up along side the head with your cute little caddy. Try explaining that in the police report!

I used the Sister's Common Thread Caddy Pad pattern for the iron caddy. The lining is heat resistant ironing board silver fabric. The caddy folds completely open so you can use it for an ironing surface.
