    whew. it's done. almost. still have four hearts to applique in the corners. then done and mailed to my friend who is ill.
    the back is a top i had that I never made into a quilt!

    I genuinely like this....I've been gifted a deceased lady's stash, and I'd like to copy this pattern. Lots of scraps to use up. Thanks for sharing.

    blanket stitched the hearts on. I was going to hand stitch but didn't. it is now boxed for tomorrow's mail.

    I agree that both sides are beautiful and so are you for making this for an ill friend. Bet she will love it and find comfort in using it. Nicely done. Love the design ... both sides.
