Has anyone here made one of these yet. It really caught my eye, I supposed you could just make a few bottles. I'll post the web site and you can see the picture and the how to for yourself. :D

Looked at your thingie and I really like it!! I have made some blocks of the jar several times in a block exchange and they are EASY. I used stwawberries in one, bumble bees in another and a lizard in another. The bees and lizard were for little boys - cute. The quiltmaked used strips that looked like shelves and made very effective quilts.

Thanks!! I embroidered the spider and the web...and I did an escaping butterfly too.. I will share a close up of that part of the quilt also....after I posted that last message I found the rest of my pics of it on my flash drive! LOL I knew I had more somewhere!

Here is a website I had bookmarked...you can buy lots of bug material here and other kinds too for jar quilts... they used to have the free jar pattern there but I don't see it anymore!

I've loads of novelty fabrics that I've picked up and not known what to do with so I'm thrilled to have found this. I've another project on the offing now! Thanks a lot!
