    I used an old pair of jean and cut the pocket off then appliqued the bird on then cut out the background and backing from a leg. I sewed the pocket back to the front and used heat resistant batting then binded.

    Oh, what a great and clever idea!!!! I love that. I've been storing old jeans forever now, and that would be fun to do with the pockets.

    I have been saving jeans for a denim quilt and NOW I know what to do with some of the pockets!!! Awesome idea, thank you for sharing your cute potholder with us!!!:D:D:D
